Welcome to the Office of the Provost

As the Provost of The Catholic University of America, I serve as the chief academic officer, overseeing our 12 schools, our libraries, our Global Education Center and our Rome campus, CUA Press and our several research institutes.

The Catholic University of America is the national university of the Catholic Church in the United States. As our mission states, we are “dedicated to advancing the dialogue between faith and reason” as we seek “to discover and impart the truth through excellence in teaching and research, all in service to the Church, the nation and the world.”

I welcome your interest in The Catholic University of America.
